About Naruto: Ninja Council

Naruto Uzumaki utilizes collected scrolls to perform various Ninjutsu abilities at the cost of chakra, allowing the player to create whirlwinds or break down walls. Navigating side-scrolling levels alongside Sasuke and Kakashi, players engage in beat 'em up combat to progress through story arcs ranging from the Land of Waves to the Chuunin Exams.
