Zaras, king of the infernal plateau, has overthrown the kingdom, forcing the player to battle through the peaks of Mount Crystal. Combat involves calling upon a guardian dog to assist in fights while navigating platforming challenges. Players can visit Kim at the astral-mart to acquire essential tools and food to survive the journey through the Realm of the Guardian.
