Navigating through various environments as Mikey requires managing his asthma to prevent time from running out. Players must solve puzzles and navigate platforming challenges to locate the lost treasure of One-Eyed Willie while avoiding the Fratelli gang. Konami's adventure features a chiptune rendition of "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough" as its primary musical theme.
